With the use of insert molding technology, we can integrate secondary components into our parts. We supply products to the residential and commercial construction industries using insert molding technologies. Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) are locked together to form walls for the foundation of many homes and industrial buildings.

We believe insert molding technology will create new opportunities in other industries.

MPI is known throughout the industry as the first molding facility in the United States to use a dual-density molding process for the package of white goods. We have been using dual density molding for customers for over 4 years.

There are definite advantages in using this cutting edge technology. Dual-density molding allows us to incorporate two types of material into the same part. The process allows us tremendous flexibility in design and has reduced the cost for our customers.

We have diversified ourselves with numerous types of products and molding other than protective packaging by using dual density modified co-polymers such as RMER® and ARCEL®.
